We hope you'll be 100% satisifed with your ElpaTech PC, but we understand that problems occur - and when they do, we will work with you to sort them out as soon as possible.

12 month warranty

All our PCs come with a 12 month guarantee to be free from hardware defects and all installed software (where applicable) will work straight out of the box.

The only exception to this rule is that we are not responsible for any modifications you make to the system. If you open the case of your PC, you may breach these warranty terms.

14 day money back guarantee

If you are unsatisifed with your system for any reason then we offer a 14 day period in which you may return it to us (at your expense). As long as it is in a resaleable condition, we will accept it and will refund the original value of your order within seven days.

General terms

Broadly speaking, if an error or fault is our responsibilitiy, we will refund your return postage. Otherwise, you will have to pay for a return - for example, if you change your mind within the 14 day period described above.

For all system faults, whether caused during transit or in the 12 month warranty period, we will replace the broken parts and return the system to you. We will arrange for collection and will return it to you at our expense.
