Charges for our PC repair services

We like competition. It keeps us on our toes. And one way we respond to that is to be as open as we possibly can about the work we can do for you. Here are our four simple pricing promises.

1. No fix, no fee
   If we can't fix your computer, we won't charge you anything, and will return it to you in its original condition, or better if we can.
   
   
2. Labour charged at £15/hour on-site and £10/hour off-site
   If we fix at your location then we'll charge £15 per hour with a minimum one hour charge. And if it's going to take more than 10 hours, we will offer further discounts. Otherwise, bring your computer to us for our outstanding £10 an hour rate.
   
   
3. Quotes upfront
   We will give you a quote based on our best estimate of how many hours the work will take. If it takes less than that, we will charge you only what we worked. If it's going to take longer, we will always check with you before going any further, and will often throw in a discretionary free hour if the work only overruns by a short time.
   
   
4. No call out charges within our area
   If you're in the Andover area we won't charge to get to your location. Outside this we will come to an arrangement before we visit to assess the work required.

Our goal

We want you to be in the driving seat at all times. We want to give you options and choice. We'll set out what we can offer you in plain, simple language, with all the implications of those choices in terms of what you will get and what it will cost you. Then we let you decide, and we get on with the work. Simple.
